If you wish to Delete your Account, please follow the steps on the Reno Mobile App by navigating to Account Settings > Delete Account

If you've never done a project with us, your data will be automatically deleted after 60 days post account deletion.

You can also delete your data manually by sending us an email at support@renohome.ae .

If you have done a project with us, we are obliged to keep data pertaining to your contract for 10 years, for legal purposes.
