Do you charge interest?

No. We do charge a small service fee, but we negotiate the price of your renovation down with designers and contractors. This means that you’ll receive a quote that’s similar to regular market prices but with a huge difference: we manage your entire renovation while you pay over flexible payments.

What types of renovations do you finance?

What documents do I need to submit to get approved?

We require basic documentation including Emirates ID, passport, and information about your workplace and source of funds. For the 12-month plan, you’ll need to fill out a credit application.

Can I bring my own contractor, or do I have to go with Reno’s contractors?

We have carefully handpicked the contractors who can meet quality and time expectations to the highest standards. However, if you have a strong preference, submit your contractor’s details here and we will run a due diligence process. If the contractor meets our requirements, we will onboard them and manage renovation on your behalf.

How can Reno guarantee my move - in date?

Your guaranteed move-in date is sacred for us. Delays = money back. We have a stringent process in place to carefully vet and handpick our contractors. Our expert teams work with contractors to ensure that each proposal that you receive is optimal, accurate, and realistic. In addition to all this, we’ve put mechanisms to incentivize contractors for timely delivery.

How do you evaluate if the contractor has delivered the work up to the standard promised in the proposal?

We have a strong inspections team in-house with many years of expertise. They thoroughly inspect the work of the contractor throughout the project against industry standards and agreed-upon scope. We provide you and the contractor with a detailed inspection report after important milestones.

What happens in case of delays?

Delay in your move-in date from our side = money back for you. We have put an air-tight process in place to ensure that you move in on time. In the very unlikely event that we are delayed, we offer money back. We also expect timely communication from your side. In the case that delays are caused by you, your move-in date will shift accordingly.

Can I make changes mid-project?

Yes. During the design phase, we offer two revisions. During the renovation phase, you can request modification through Reno chat. We will promptly assess the request and update you about changes in the payment amount and schedule.
