Open plan agile workspaces coupled with private meeting spaces were designed.

A complete turnkey interior fit out solution was provided from Level 1 to Level 9 at Borough HQ (SKEC1) Tower, The idea was to implement a uniform design throughout the 9 floors and to provide an upgraded MEP & ELV solution compatible with the state of the art technology.

This villa was transformed into a luxurious retreat, where serene simplicity meets practical design. A neutral palette, premium materials, and abundant natural light created a seamless, sophisticated atmosphere throughout. Highlights included a tranquil master bedroom with contemporary furnishings, an open-plan living area enhanced by a grand piano and striking artwork, and a minimalist kitchen adorned with sleek stone finishes. Carefully placed greenery and refined contrasts added warmth and depth, bringing timeless style to a space that feels both inviting and enduring.
